Color Blasted Red!

Just sharing a picture I uploaded to Instagram. I always have things I want to post and blog about but I never feel I have the writing skills or time to actually sit and write something down which is a very lame excuse since I can spend time checking in on Foursquare and Yelp all the time. I guess it’s the badges and trying new business and food that keep the interest of the apps going but writing is just as fun and interesting. Just have to get myself to do it. See!?! This wasn’t so hard. Just talking, or I mean thinking out loud… Oh goodness… I mean just blogging exactly what I am thinking in my mind is the best blog I could make I guess. Be real to myself, I can blog exactly what I think in my mind. Which is a lot of words and, back tracking and taking the unnecessary steps backwards to go forwards. This is also what I sound like in person, but with a big smile on my face and in a perky quirky way. But anyways, at least working on trying is a step to soon hopefully doing!

The iPhone and Apps

Just downloaded the WordPress app from and for my iPhone and decided to upload an image and post it. This is the first status or blog what have you that I’ve done from the iPhone. Yes, welcome Timothy Michael Gould to the 21st Century! So much can be done from such a small device and so fun… So much actually that it keeps me up in the middle of the night or all through the night until early morning just.

This picture was taken with Instagram which is an app that has allows me to post pictures to Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Flickr and it even has some photo editing capabilities. Instagram was one of the first apps I downloaded. Once the iPhone was in my hands, I had so much available to me. After downloading the standard social network apps like Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, I got LinkedIn and Posterous, which by the way, I didn’t start using until I saw it in the app store.

I got carried away and downloaded Voxer and Tango and Shazam and definitely had it in me to download a funny app called “Cat Booth” which allows the user to put cats into the image. Yes, my iPhone is a big distraction but it also connects me to information and networks that I enjoy being apart of. Why didn’t I jump on the iPhone boat when it came out several years ago. I mean, I know why I couldn’t or wasn’t able to. I’m just very glad I have it now.
